Garry Gorman is a Sustainable Energy Ireland (SEI) registered assessor offering a reliable service at very reasonable rates with ‘all in’ prices quoted and no hidden charges.

A Building Energy Rating (BER) certificate is now required under Irish law for any dwelling offered for sale or rent, along with all new dwellings.

BER surveys are carried out at fixed appointment times convenient to the client with evening and weekend appointments available if required.

All BER certificates will be accompanied by a comprehensive and clearly presented advisory report.

Beneficial advice on how to improve your energy rating and reduce energy bills will be given.

Guidance on grants currently available for renewable energy technologies and energy saving measures along with assistance in making grant applications can be provided.

Eco Engineering provides independent assessments of domestic and commercial properties for Building Energy Ratings (BERs) certificates. These buildings can be in planning, new build or existing.

We are not affiliated to any developer, builder, architect, engineer or estate agent, manufacturer or supplier of building materials, heating systems, insulation or renewable energy sources; thus we can provide a truly independent assessment of any dwelling.
